Restaurant Schiessstaette in Tegernsee

The shooting range is one of our favorite bars in the region. Here you get large, tasty portions served by very attentive and friendly staff. On warm days you can relax on the terrace with a great view of the lake. For younger guests there is a playground right by the house. And even when it's busy, the landlady is always available for a little chat.

We were only there for coffee and cake after the hike. Received a very warm welcome. The service is incredibly friendly and quick. Coffee and cake were delicious.

We give the star to the begging dog in the guest room. To the point: waiting time for normal food almost 1 hour. Sauerbraten stringy and tough. Char ok, however, which was far from the case for the service. Forgetting to order desserts repeatedly, as well as reorder drinks. Waiter turns away while the guest is still ordering. Guests at the 3 adjacent tables felt the same way. The request for payment was forgotten like the dessert and only dealt with by the boss herself after a massive appearance. You shouldn't forget what you live on - namely from the guest! SO NOT RECOMMENDED !! The question here is where the good reviews come from!

Recommended, very child-friendly restaurant with a view of the Tegernsee. A little hidden away and therefore an insider tip when you are on site and want to eat delicious food. The prices are average. The service was friendly and the children are really important. Will definitely come again.

It was our first time here but certainly not the last time. The food was very good and I ate my salad plate for the first time. Not to forget a wonderful view of the Tegernsee.

Good food, fair prices and friendly service

After a very long hike, we settled here for dinner in the evening. The beer and food was very good, the service was good and quick. Parking spaces were immediately available at the property and the view was very nice.

We were here for the first time today and were very satisfied, the food was a dream. The waitress Evi served us super quickly and super friendly. Great atmosphere in the restaurant! We would love to come back.

Super nice staff & service, amazing food with a reasonable price (Great Spätzle, Zwiebelrostbraten and deserts + cakes) and a great view on the lake! It's for sure worth the ride or walk up the hill!

Super freundlich, super gut, super Bier. Edit 03.02.2018 Third time we come here and third time that we love the warm welcoming of the people there. Waitresses are really friendly. The beer is really good (Tegernseer or Hopf). And it's one of the place where I ate the best food of South Germany. Käsespätzle are great, Sauerbraten too and I tasted the daily dish Bierbratel also divine. Also... You can go there eyes closed. Away from all the tourists places in the center of the town with a great view over the lake and a nice terrace in the summer.
